Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
- Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have own visa for employment purposes in the UAE
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
