We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual presentation of our store and ensuring that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the store manager to develop visual merchandising strategies
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight our products and attract customers
- Regularly monitor and maintain the appearance of the store, including product placement, signage, and cleanliness
- Analyze sales data to determine which products are selling well and adjust displays accordingly
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that new product arrivals are promptly displayed
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff to ensure consistency in visual presentation across all stores
- Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and implement them into displays when appropriate

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing displays
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques, including color theory, space planning, and lighting
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Kuwait without requiring accommodation or visa sponsorship
