Accountant - Indian Nationals (English Speaking) - Sharjah, UAE


Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This position is specifically for Indian Nationals who are fluent in English and have prior experience working in an accounting role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and tax preparation
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and profit maximization
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders regarding financial matters

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian National with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or Sage
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under pressure to meet deadlines
