Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods and materials, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Work closely with shipping companies to schedule shipments and track deliveries
- Prepare necessary documentation for international shipments
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding import/export of goods
- Communicate with various departments within the company to coordinate logistics activities
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory, orders, and shipments
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to identify any discrepancies or issues
- Develop and implement strategies for improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the Middle East region.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
