Industrial Engineer (Malayalee/Egyptian) - English Speaking Part Time (UAE)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a member of our diverse and international team, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in industrial engineering to improve processes and increase efficiency within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various departments to analyze and optimize production processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity
- Develop and implement new methods and strategies for improving production efficiency
- Conduct time studies, data analysis, and simulations to identify areas for improvement
- Create detailed reports outlining recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor results
- Train employees on new processes and technologies to ensure successful implementation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills

This is an urgent part-time position that requires candidates with a biometric passport.
