Project Manager (Malayalee/Egyptian) - Part Time (No English Required)
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects for our company, with a focus on Malayalee or Egyptian clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage project schedules, budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations
- Develop project proposals, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the team
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and performance of projects, identifying any issues or delays and taking necessary action to resolve them
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and meeting quality standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant documents
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee or Egyptian national
- Fluency in Malayalam/Arabic is preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours. No English language proficiency is required for this role. We welcome candidates without previous work experience as training will be provided.
