Job Title: Wedding Planner - English Speaking (Contract)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position, suitable for all genders, with no accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of Malayalee descent who are fluent in English.

As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing beautiful and memorable weddings for our clients. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure that each event runs smoothly and exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Develop detailed plans and timelines for each event, including budget management
- Source vendors and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, from venue setup to transportation arrangements
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or related role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Medina preferred
