Our bank is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated female Bank Teller to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurate financial transactions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Promote bank products and services to customers.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all bank products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to security procedures and protect customer information at all times.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
- Preference will be given to Saudi Arabian nationals or expats residing in Medina.

Working Conditions:

This position is open for female candidates only. The working hours will be from Sunday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
