We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for a full-time job without accommodation.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction of our projects and ensuring that our creative outputs align with our brand identity and objectives. Your main goal will be to create visually appealing and effective designs that capture the attention of our target audience.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate your ideas and vision to the team. You should also have a deep understanding of current design trends and techniques, as well as experience working with various design software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate ideas for design projects
- Create detailed briefs outlining project specifications, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee the creation of designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media
- Provide feedback and guidance to designers throughout the design process to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, incorporating them into our design processes when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment preferably within an advertising agency or marketing department
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
