Wedding Planner in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing weddings for our clients according to their specific preferences and cultural backgrounds. This position is suitable for Malayalees or Egyptians with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Research and recommend suitable venues, vendors, and services for the wedding
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered on time and as agreed upon
- Oversee the setup and decoration of the wedding venue
- Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistics
- Provide support during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Wedding Planner is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of different wedding traditions and customs preferred (especially for Malayalees or Egyptians)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work long hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays
