Bank Teller - Entry Level


We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bank Tellers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level position that does not require English proficiency. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and backgrounds, with a preference for African candidates.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking services. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or cash handling position. You must also have strong numerical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred but not required.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Counting cash accurately and maintaining a balanced cash drawer at all times.
- Maintaining knowledge of bank products and services to promote sales opportunities.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Processing various types of banking transactions using computerized systems.
- Following bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or cash handling position.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle large amounts of money accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is preferred but not required.
