Resort Manager (Malayalee)
As a Resort Manager (Malayalee) in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury resort. Your main goal will be to ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience and that the resort runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, and facilities.
- Hire, train, and manage staff members to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Monitor guest satisfaction through regular communication and feedback.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all areas of the resort are working together seamlessly.
- Manage budget and expenses to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is required for effective communication with staff members who may not speak English fluently. Knowledge of English is preferred but not required as long as you can communicate effectively with other managers who may not speak Malayalam.
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, marketing strategies, and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
