Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist (Indian Nationals Only)


Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a critical role in implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve workflow processes
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain production standards and guidelines for efficiency
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
- Train employees on new processes, equipment, and technologies to drive continuous improvement culture
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with time studies, process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Minitab or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and recommendations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who have experience working in the industrial sector. However, candidates from other nationalities with relevant qualifications and experience are also encouraged to apply.
