Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar (Contract Position, Pakistani National Preferred)
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an administrative director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of our organization. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the administrative team and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws.
- Conduct regular evaluations of administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development of administrative staff.
- Prepare reports for senior management on organizational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an administrative director or senior-level administrator.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience working in Qatar or the Middle East preferred.
- Pakistani national preferred due to visa restrictions.
