House Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of domestic staff, maintaining the household budget, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of domestic staff including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and drivers
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members to ensure all household duties are completed on time
- Oversee the maintenance of the household including cleaning, laundry, and repairs
- Handle all household finances including creating budgets, managing expenses, and paying bills
- Plan and coordinate events or gatherings hosted at the household
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries
- Communicate with vendors for any necessary repairs or purchases
- Act as a liaison between the employer and other staff members or service providers
- Ensure that all security protocols are followed to protect the safety of the household
- Train new staff members on proper procedures and expectations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for managing household finances
- Familiarity with cultural norms and customs in Qatar preferred
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Indian nationality preferred
- Valid visa for working in Qatar required
