- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the property's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as needed
- Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, or other activities as requested by guests
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:
