Bank Teller (Malayalee/Egyptian) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Bank Tellers to join our team at a reputable bank in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and handling various financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor and assist them with their banking needs
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Promote bank products and services to customers and provide explanations as needed
- Handle currency exchanges and ensure that all cash amounts balance at the end of each shift
- Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including balance checks, transaction history, and account openings/closures
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (proficiency in Malayalam/Arabic is preferred for Malayalee/Egyptian candidates)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in customer service is highly desirable
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
