Waiter for Restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


Our restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced waiters to join our team. As a waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist in setting up tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process payments using our POS system and handle cash accurately
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
While we welcome applicants of all nationalities, preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
For Pakistani applicants:
- Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi is preferred but not required.
For Malayalee applicants:
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.

Benefits:
