Job Title: Cleaner Supervisor
The role of a Cleaner Supervisor is to oversee the daily cleaning operations and ensure that all designated areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. This position is based in Doha, Qatar and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaners and assign tasks accordingly
- Train new cleaners on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of designated areas, such as offices, bathrooms, and common areas
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are well-stocked and properly used by the team
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any areas that need special attention or improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep cleaning projects as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supplies, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team with diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of different types of cleaning products and equipment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and bending for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The job may require occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on business needs.
