Merchandiser for English Speaking Indian Candidates in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking experienced Merchandisers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have at least 2 years of experience in merchandising.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to select products, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery. Your main goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction by providing attractive and well-stocked stores.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and market demands
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Select products that meet customer demands while staying within budget
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to obtain the best deals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the buying team to create attractive product displays
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition

- Train store staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques
