Light Driver

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Light Driver to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or passengers to their designated locations.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a light vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- Transport goods and/or passengers to their designated locations on time
- Inspect vehicles for any mechanical issues before and after each trip
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle
- Keep track of mileage, fuel consumption, and any other necessary records
- Adhere to all safety regulations while driving
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other drivers
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed
- Adhere to delivery schedules and adjust routes as needed

Requirements:
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a light driver in the UAE
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items if required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality
- Previous experience working with delivery or transportation companies
- Familiarity with GPS devices
