As a Librarian Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and management of the library's resources and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Manage the selection, acquisition, and cataloging of library materials

- Develop and conduct training sessions for library staff on new technologies and resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a library setting
- Strong knowledge of cataloging principles, metadata standards, and information retrieval systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and other digital resources
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an academic or research library setting
- Familiarity with Arabic language resources and materials
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in libraries such as virtual reality or augmented reality
