Merchandiser for a Retail Company in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and visually appealing displays to promote products and attract customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are always well-stocked on the sales floor
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards to maintain consistency across all locations
- Maintain a clean and organized store layout that is both visually appealing and easy for customers to navigate

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Proven track record of creating successful visual merchandising displays that drive sales
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

English language proficiency is not required.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.
Candidates must have previous experience in visual merchandising.
