Job Title: Multilingual Waiter/Waitress


We are looking for an experienced and versatile waiter/waitress to join our team at a reputable restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This job is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani and Malayalee applicants. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check food quality and ensure all orders are correct before serving
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Communicate any customer feedback or complaints to the manager
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledge of other languages such as Urdu, Hindi, or Malayalam is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
