CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT
W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring an Engineering Handyperson. You will play an integral role in the ongoing maintenance of the Hotel so the right candidate will have a diverse skill set. Responsibilities range from conducting a variety of duties from repairs upkeep of the building structure heating ventilation and air conditioning systems fixtures fittings and equipment. In addition you will
- Carry out all tasks guided by the work request system and as requested by guests and Talent
- Ensure all tasks are performed with urgency and in the safest manner possible
- Perform regular plant equipment and water quality checks and complete logs accurately
- Assist in managing third party contractors
- Maintain adequate stock levels of supplies and equipment and order as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation and related Hotel policies
- Anticipate guestâs needs through observation and offer prompt efficient service
