POSITION SUMMARY

The main purpose of this job is to support the Restaurant Manager in managing effectively the Restaurant through direct supervision of the associates in order to reach the departmental objectives and to provide an excellent service where guests’ expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. Supervision of associates
  2. Preparation of venues for upcoming events
  3. To provide a five star service during the events

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good communication skills including fluency in English and preferably in other languages
  • Good leadership skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Having a positive attitude high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
  • Willing to work different shifts which also include weekends and public holiday
  • Previous Experience would be considered as an asset
