Tamheer Program
Tamheer is an on-the-job training program that targets graduates of Saudi and foreign universities institutes and colleges whether they are recent graduates or those who have previously worked and were not registered in the social insurance systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for the three (3) months prior to their registration in the program as a minimum. They are trained on the job with government institutions distinguished companies and international organizations that have branches in the Kingdom.
Who is the program for?
it is intended for recent graduates holding a bachelors masters or doctoral degree graduates of institutes and colleges who hold technical health and administrative diplomas or who have not worked in any job during the last three months.
eligibility controls?
ligibility criteria: The applicant for the program should be: 1. To have a bachelor's degree or higher or to have a diploma in one of the technical health or administrative fields. 2. The records of Social Security and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development indicate that the applicant has not registered for any job during the previous three months. 3. He is not currently affiliated with any work. 4. Did not benefit from the program previously.

The Human Resources Development Fund Hadaf contributes to the payment of a financial reward of (3000) riyals per month for the trainee who holds a diploma degree and above for a period ranging from (3) to (6) months.
