What will I be doing?

As Shift Engineer Supervisor you are responsible to supervise the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel including compliance team leadership and energy conservation. A Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilities

• Lead a team of maintenance professionals

t
• Maintain the quality of the Hotel whilst adhering to the Hilton Brand Standards

t
• Ensure preventative maintenance is carried out to the highest quality and standard

t
• Ensure all maintenance reports are followed up immediately and delegated out to the appropriate Team Member

t
• Liaise on a daily basis with the Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer to ensure project work is being completed in time and to the correct specifications.

• Ensure a high level of communication is maintained with all other hotel departments

t
• Provide an exceptional service to our guests adhering to Hilton Brand standards

• Ensure environmental awareness according to Hilton

• Leadership and management experience


• Engineering and/or Maintenance Electrical experience in same environment or equivalent industry


• Excellent leadership inter-personal training and development skills


• Positive attitude & the flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations


• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service both internally and externally
