Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Houseperson to join the Hilton Cleveland team!

We're in the heart of Downtown Cleveland with the Rocket Mortgage Field House Playhouse Square and East 4th Street within a mile. Our hotel is connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. We have an indoor pool fitness center and a top-floor bar with views of Lake Erie. Our hotel consists of 600 guest rooms and 18 meeting rooms with over 40000 sq ft of meeting space. We also have an onsite bar restaurant fitness center and indoor pool!

This is a labor-intensive role that focuses on deep cleaning our Guest Suites. The ideal candidate would be detailed oriented and have the ability to think outside of the box. You must have a flexible schedule to work weekends and Holidays. This role will be primarily first shift.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean designated areas including but not limited to restrooms public areas offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms


• Perform tasks including but not limited to dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning/waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays


• Greet guests in a friendly manner


• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair


• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed


• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping furniture moves etc.) as needed


• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
