What will I be doing?

As a sales coordinator you are responsible for supporting our sales catering & event managers by assisting with processing of contracts banquet event orders rooming list entry and other workflow items of daily operation of the sales catering & event office.

You will also be assisting with the below:

• Create and provide inter-department communication pertaining to forthcoming groups & events on a daily and weekly basis.


• Perform daily weekly monthly tasks to maintain data integrity in various hotel systems.


• Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing typing e-mailing filing data-entry faxing copying corresponding answering telephones processing mail taking notes and/or dictation.


• Making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.


• Assists on special projects as needed.
