Pay: Annual Salary
Shift Pattern: 10 hour shift between 7AM - 10PM - Must have a flexible schedule.
Our ideal candidate has recreation experience has worked at a high-volume resort has at least 1 year of supervisory/assistant manager experience and has a passion for hospitality.
An Assistant Manager of Beech/Recreation you are responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of the outlets' food and beverage operation as well as the Recreation department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
- Assist in the management of all Food and Beverage operations to include but not limited to guest service food and beverage quality inventory management systems management budget and forecasting marketing report generation department management and meeting participation and facilitation.
- Coordinating day to day operations of the Pool deck including proper chair and cabana set-up and maintenance ensuring guest are greeted by name and escorted to respective areas on deck and serviced accordingly with towel and chair set-up.
- Managing all operating inventories and supplies including linen food & beverage offerings etc.
- Relocating and returning deck furniture for all special events
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Supervises pool attendants servers bartenders and food runners to ensure that service evaluation goals are met. Develops and implements all amenities for resort guests.
- Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries requests and issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner and resolve guest concerns
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting interviewing and training team members
