Maximise the utilisation of between 500 - 700 resources for first & business class passengers and crew (airside & landside). Provide a dynamic resource allocation plan through optimal allocation of key operational resources I.E manpower equipment and facilities on the day of operation. Ensure that the allocation of airside & landside resources is undertaken independently without prejudice and in- line with our SLA's.
