To maintain the aircraft equipment components maintenance records to process operations data tools & equipment maintenance reported defects and deferred defects on daily basis.
Job Outline:
- To perform clerical duties of a technical nature within the Technical Records Section including aspects of data entry in order to effectively maintain the technical records system.
- To enter accurate data of aircraft equipment defect details and shop findings into the Ultramain System in order to maintain up-to-date records
- To be responsible for updating third party recharge data and follow-up queries as required.
- Maintain and issue stock of aircraft tools & equipment quality assurance documents.
- To assist in the storage and retrieval of technical records documents from archives.
- To maintain a proper filing system in order to ensure easy identification of all technical records
- Assist in the review of Maintenance Workpack processes preparation of reports and distribution of documentation.
