JOB PURPOSE
To ensure assigned administrative tasks are completed on time and in an appropriate manner.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS (MAXIMUM OF 10) :
Check car allocated to him is safe for driving as per safety instruction are followed without fail.
Make sure timely pickup and drop off at desired destination.
Ensure all safety procedure are followed.
Administrative responsibilities:
To drive corporate team and/or visitors to various locations of the office including other cities.
To ensure courteous service is provided to all guest to the corporate office during interactions.
To assist the Executive Secretary/Administrator in adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
