What You’ll Do for Us

As a Consultant Global Equity you will contribute to a team that delivers stock plan administration by:

• Performing daily weekly and monthly pro-active data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans


• Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU) Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) and stock purchase plan Matching share awards


• Reviewing equity transaction activity inclusive of transactions related to stock option exercises RSU and PSU releases and stock purchase plan activities to ensure accurate and timely purchase release settlement and reporting


• Researching tracking and responding to questions received from participants process partners or other stakeholders


• Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities


• Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations


• Reviewing and maintaining equity administration processes and documentation


• Performing other equity plan administration tasks as requested

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred


• At least 3 years of experience in stock plan administration payroll tax accounting or similar discipline preferred


• Experience working with a variety of stock plan products including stock options Performance Share Units Restricted Stock Units and stock purchase plans is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools systems and processes quickly


• Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular) processes and interrelationships of data transfers


• Ability to research and convert findings into specific actionable recommendations
