Senior Manager, Finance Services II

This role will be responsible and accountable for managing the operation and support of the Foodservice & On Premise (FSOP) Reimbursement System which includes timely and accurate data feeds interfaces with and from various legacy mainframe feeder systems and SAP and the overall System Administration function for the Reimbursement COE. The Reimbursement System is primarily used to compute administer and process contractual reimbursement payment across all FSOP customers. Role will report directly to and work very closely alongside the Reimbursement COE Leader role.  
In addition to systems scope of role will also include in-depth understanding of the business and related core reimbursement processes and requirements in order to create redundant capability and oversight of the overall Reimbursement COE organization and function. Specifically and when needed role will provide financial and stakeholder relationship management for the execution of contractual reimbursements across Foodservice & On Premise (FSOP) customer and Revenue Centers. Further role provides thought leadership for future state of reimbursements settlement and deduction programs/strategies to include digitization initiatives system modernization and BAR/Contour testing and implementation.  
What You’ll Do for Us:  
Manage Reimbursement System team performance and adherence to established timeline and key metrics.  
Manage IT deliverables relative to Reimbursement System to ensure timely and accurate payments  
Manage approval and prioritization of service requests and system enhancements and updates.  
Manage relationships with I/T A/P A/R as it relates to the reimbursement load and payment processes  
Provide COE management with SPSS/SLA document stats and other ad-hoc reports as requested.  
Manage relationship with key customer teams related to reimbursement process and timeline.  
Manage and implement processes and guidelines to improve scorecard validation process and to enhance data integrity.  
Manage SET Administration and ensures various payment related data elements are populated  
Manage customer contractual profile database and related updates and administration.  
Manage reporting deadlines reconciliations and audit compliance.  
Manage and lead collaborative project planning for system enhancements and support.  
Champions change through elimination of barriers and ongoing system issues to provide accurate and timely customer payments  
Directly interacts with and provides guidance to the Managed Services Provider (Genpact) FSOP Reimbursements team and provides support to Customer Sales and Finance.  
Role understands and provides input into the impact of standardizing and simplifying processes and systems while balancing the complexities various customer contracts that include different reimbursement elements types calculations and business segments.  
Participates in and supports as directed the future state of reimbursements settlement and deduction programs/strategies to include digitization initiatives and related system modernization and new BAR/Contour testing and implementation.  
Qualifications & Requirements:  
6 to 8 years finance/customer financial services or related experience in a business-to-business setting  
Strong Knowledge of Fountain Business Systems and Processes  
Business Lead experience in implementing new systems/tools across organization  
Ability to build effective relationships and act as a collaborative Partner with customer sales and finance I/T and other cross-functional teams  
Ability to lead prioritize collaborate and execute complex projects  
Demonstrated ability to problem solve exceptions and perform standard as well as ad hoc analyses  
Possesses strong communication influencing and analytical skills with excellent customer service aptitude.  
Adept at reconciliation and validation of financial systems data  
Experience using SAP financial modules/systems or other robust financial systems
