BODYARMOR is looking for a Field Sales Intern join our team.
As a BODYARMOR Field Sales Intern you will be responsible for the retail execution of a specific geography to promote our products with successfully achieving business sales goals. The work week will be focused on strategizing and maximizing our retail footprint in each account with a cohesive look of success. The manager of your area will set weekly schedules and interns are expected to be available 5 (five) days per week Monday through Sunday. This Internship will involve day to day travel within the geographical area assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement BODYARMOR brand message including functional benefits and promotional strategy to demonstrate full product knowledge including brand messaging to support brand growth at our retail locations
- Support a maximized market strategy by identifying opportunities and driving volume to the local market
- Continuously merchandise our top retail accounts including daily pack-outs display building resets placing Point Of Sale and updating pricing points to align with product promotions
- Actively sell displays and coolers to local retailers to successfully execute the BODYARMOR look of success
- Support field marketing activity through in store demos event activation and key events within the Food Service On Premise channel
- Accurately report time expenses and other daily/weekly/monthly paperwork and summary recaps as needed to the Manager of your area
- Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern driven meetings final project presentation weekly workshops and attend our annual summit in NY
- Support additional ad hoc projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Strong analysis creative thinking planning organizing and problem-solving skills
- Passion for understanding consumer behavior
- Ability to adjust on the fly and thrive in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to travel (~40% of time) by plane or car

COMPENSATION
$4480 per month
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography job-related knowledge skills and experience. A full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position is offered.
