The primary role of the Supply Chain Advisor is to provide day-to-day support to the Supply Chain team via raising of POs handling of invoices management of suppliers inventory management and reporting. This is a hybrid role that covers many related tasks. This is a great career for someone that has relevant experience and wants to work for one of the worldâs most admired companies.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Raise POs based on Supply Chain demand and input from other partners.
- Track annual spending against budgets and report to stakeholders.
- Receive and process invoices via multiple Coca-Cola processes.
- Work with Coca-Cola AP and suppliers to resolve PO and payment disputes.
- Day-to-day purchasing of materials for the office as required.
- Report and resolve any unclear areas of concern between Costa Finance and the Creations team.
- Forecast inventory against internal test plans and market consumption.
- Work cross functionally with multiple departments and outside stakeholders to ensure materials and services are in place when and where necessary.
- Provides facts policies and practices related to job area.
- Able to explain and demonstrate job tasks to all internal and external visitors.
- May require some ability to gain cooperation of other parties on practices policies and procedures.
- Trained in local health codes and food handling requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
- Associates technical degree or equivalent years of experience required.
- Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs. This includes Microsoft Office suite of applications and Slack.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be willing and able to learn new software such as SAP and associated modules Solarvista Odoo and potentially others.
- Must be able to read and extract critical information from quotes agreements and contracts.
- Ability to perform light lifting to aid in inventory management.

Skills: Microsoft suite of applications highly organized able to multitask light lifting (25-30 lbs.) excellent communication skills able to learn new technologies
