Director, Finance – Operations
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for delivering performance management reporting planning commercial and forecasting support for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Financial Operations Team.
This role will be on point to provide strong business partnership anticipate upcoming needs for the NAOU Operations team and will support analysis for business decision making. This includes analyzing brand performance deliver actionable insights via reporting packages and developing analytical tools to ensure rich and efficient performance comprehension. The role will work cross functionality with teams across Platform Services Finance Operations and the NAOU Operations organization.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to support Commercial Finance Leadership activities and help to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Deliver performance management and provide key insights needed to inform strategic priorities and key business decisions to include financial planning & analysis budgeting and financial reporting.
- Develop Business Models to support within the Franchise organization. Financial evaluation and partner with business team to structure commercials for customer/bottler agreements.
- Provide analytical support for Incidence Pricing
- Drive process improvement through cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Synthesize large and complex data sets and visualize information and knowledge of visualizations tools e.g. Power BI to support recommendations scenario analysis
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics
- Preferred: MBA CPA or CFA
Related Work Experience:
- 5-7 years of related experience: forecasting data modeling and reporting automation and business analytics
- Experienced in forecasting budgeting and analyzing information to derive insights and implications to business
- Strong understanding of P&L (including drivers of volume revenue and gross profit) analytical capabilities
- Ability to evaluate business planning goals/strategies and analyze financials to derive at insights and initiate gap solving for Commercial leadership team.
- Strong change management capabilities – demonstrates innovation and creativity to create business solutions ability to influence/gain alignment across divergent perspectives.
Functional Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Financial Analysis/Modeling including: spreadsheet creation variance research and explanation walk-forward analysis etc.
- Ability to work with Cross-Functional groups on complex issues to successful resolution
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Power BI and advanced PowerPoint knowledge and skills
