BODYARMOR is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Texoma (Dallas) to join our team. 
The Regional Marketing Manager position is one of the most important roles in the company. You will be the head of marketing for the region and work with your sales counterparts to run the day-to-day operations of the business. Responsible for developing customer marketing programming and mass awareness drivers to generate incremental retail activation and velocity while also playing point with our bottling network to ensure BODYARMOR is top of mind and maximizing our impact in the marketplace. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Contribute to company growth and by leading the development of aligned business plans that deliver regional sales goals and fulfill marketing objectives to support both long-term and short-term business objectives.
- Collaborative leader aligning internally with the sales team to create and implement custom retailer programs to drive incremental volume at key accounts in support of aggressive sales goals.
- Provide marketing support and brand building expertise to key internal stakeholders including but not limited to company sales team distributor partners retailers and promotional partners to support overall business priorities.
- Lead the integration of the National marketing strategy for both national and regional partnerships into localized marketing programs that support with company sales objectives to increase consumer awareness education and trial.
- Subject matter expert on bottler/customer behavior to successfully negotiate and implement our brand to increase sales within region. 
- Create and distribute both quantitative and qualitative analysis on programming with recommendations to management team on consumer/influencer feedback sales results program outcomes.
- Lead the maintenance and distribution of both weekly and monthly regional reporting with distribution to Sr. Leadership.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of a local activation manager who will execute grassroots activation within territory (if applicable)
- Maintain and distribute the regional marketing budget and field marketing assets. 
- Report all time expenses and other daily/weekly/monthly paperwork as needed accurately and in adherence to strict timelines.
REQUIREMENTS: 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of related marketing and promotional experience within a CPG required
- Residence within the Dallas area (or within 50 miles) required. Relocation is not offered for this position.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Event strategy development and execution experience required
- Understanding of the marketing mix (media local pr events partnerships etc.) to build/sell-in and execute customized retailer marketing programs that deliver upon brand objectives required
- Large & Small Format Retail experience preferred
- Experience and understanding of consumer promotions and field-based events
- Flexibility to workdays nights weekends and holidays as required
- Strong networking and relationship building skills ability to interact with anyone at any time
- Excellent communication presentation interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office & strong general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that deliver on business objectives in response to inevitable market challenges.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills the ability to interact with both creative professionals and senior management professionals business owners/entrepreneurs and other stakeholders
- Position requires travel (30-35%) by car and plane within territory and some national travel 
- Must be able to lift upwards of 25-50lbs with frequent bending reaching and kneeling to support with product display building and events
- Clean driving record and ability to pass drug test
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances
