Program Manager, After Market Services

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager in MENA to lead activities of After Market Services (AMS) and own the end-to-end processes of used (customer returns) and damaged products. When items are returned or damaged we maximize reuse and recovery to optimal cost of returns while safeguarding customer experience.
The role will be focusing on managing re-commerce activities through Liquidations. This is a cross-functional role that requires close partnership with various stakeholders such as Retail Tech and Operations teams. The role requires strong Vendor Management skills Data visualization and project management to effectively deliver at scale projects as well as day-to-day execution while ensuring optimum profitability.
Key job responsibilities
1) Liquidator Management: On-board Liquidator this includes sourcing new liquidators managing the vetting process and rates negotiations
2) P&L Management: Drive recovery improvement by focusing on high B2B/B2C recovery programs
3) Manage the Liquidation mailbox communication including bids management and liquidators’ inquiry / issues handling
4) Manage internal operations communication planning and alignments this includes S&OP capacity management handling escalations with FC / Ops team P&L impact alignment with retail teams and finance
5) Manage OIH (liquidation disposition) top-line support with category namely on execution and escalation management
6) Oversee FLARE system audits and confirmation / approval of new settings and rates
7) Conduct overall liquidation periodical consolidation and audit namely with Finance and FC / Ops teams
8) Support in leadership communication and business review write-ups on liquidation impact and recovery improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of external Vendor Management and P&L management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders such as Ops Retail Legal. FinOps etc.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience and process improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of data analytics
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
