Female Farm Worker

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated female farmer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a female farm worker, your main responsibility will be to assist with the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that crops are planted, maintained, and harvested according to our standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor plants for pests and diseases and take necessary actions to control them
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling equipment or chemicals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee national (Preference)
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to communicate effectively in simple English (No English language skills required)
- Must be willing to work without accommodation
