Supply Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for materials
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production demands
- Manage relationships with vendors and resolve any issues that may arise
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
- Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly
- Analyze data and prepare reports on supply chain performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Supply Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and latest trends in the industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have experience working in the African market
- Are fluent in English
- Have previous experience managing a team
- Are familiar with Saudi Arabian customs and business practices
