Job Title: Logistics Coordinator



Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with customs officials to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers.
- Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers while minimizing costs.
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipment delivery.
- Continuously review and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
