We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure that our company has the right products in stock at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and product demand to forecast future needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and develop action plans to address them.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all inventory-related activities.
- Train and supervise a team of inventory staff members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions based on findings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations is an asset.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Sunday through Thursday. The salary for this position will be competitive based on qualifications and experience.
