Retail Sales Associate for Indian Nationals in Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate who is an Indian national to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide product knowledge to customers and make recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Meet sales targets set by the management team
- Participate in store events and promotions as required

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit or residency in Saudi Arabia
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
