Job Title: Resort Manager - Malayalee Preferred
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent English speaking skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and guest satisfaction
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Monitor budget and expenses to maintain financial goals
- Continuously assess guest feedback and make necessary improvements or changes
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role at a luxury resort or hotel
- Fluent in English (Malayalam preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of resort operations including reservations systems, revenue management, and customer service techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
