Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations at our prestigious hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are specifically looking for Indian nationals, who are experienced in the field of housekeeping and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety of our guests
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintenance issues are addressed promptly
- Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Monitor expenses within the department budget and suggest cost-saving measures where possible
- Address any guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel or resort
- Indian nationality preferred due to language requirements for managing Indian staff members
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in hotels/resorts
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
