Night Auditor


We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Auditor in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and records during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify and balance all daily cash, credit card, and debit card transactions
- Prepare reports summarizing daily revenue, expenses, and occupancy rates
- Reconcile room charges and taxes with guest folios
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the night shift

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Night Auditor or in accounting/finance is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work overnight shifts

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio

Working Conditions:
As a Night Auditor, you will be working overnight shifts. This may include weekends and holidays depending on the needs of the hotel. The job may also require standing for long periods of time.
