Junior UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UX Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. This position is open to both Indian nationals and non-natives who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various digital platforms
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other design documentation
- Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working on digital projects is a plus
